Service Description
ABOUT PRIVATE LESSONS: This is a 1-on-1 private oil painting class for one student. The student creates an oil painting of their choice at their own pace based on their chosen curriculum with instruction and guidance from the teacher. CLASS PROCEDURES: All sessions are conducted at Kerstin Glaess's home studio. There are four standing easels, three table easels (two with chair backs) - easels are first come, first serve. Water bottles and containers with lids are allowed in the studio spaces. Wear grubby clothes, and/or bring an apron. Please note there is a cat on the premises. Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes prior to class. Personal belongings can be left in the living room. COVID-19 PROCEDURES: Masks are required inside as social distancing is not possible. The main rooms have HEPA air purifiers. Masks are optional for classes held outdoors. CLASS MATERIALS: Each student has their own list of required class materials based on their individualized self-paced plan of study. Please bring all materials to each class. Students are required to purchase all supplies, unless, they purchase "Buy Class Supplies For Me" at least 7 days prior to the start of their first class. RESCHEDULING AND REFUNDS: Students can reschedule their classes up to 24 hours in advance of a scheduled session through the online booking portal. Missed classes (classes booked and not attended) cannot be rescheduled or refunded. Students who do not bring required class materials are not allowed to attend the session, cannot reschedule, and cannot be refunded. If a class is canceled by Instructor, you will receive a notice via email/text. The session can be rescheduled without penalty.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. -- Supply orders cannot be cancelled once submitted.
