WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT TERMS?
When purchasing artwork at kerstinglaessart.com, our checkout system allows you to pay through PayPal with credit, debit, or a PayPal account. You will need to provide a valid email to use PayPal and to receive a receipt.

The entire amount is due before shipment/delivery -- please contact us directly regarding payment plans and shipping quotes for large works. The prices listed do not include Indiana Sales Tax or Shipping Fees unless explicitly stated otherwise. 
​

HOW ARE ITEMS SHIPPED?
Works less than 24" are shipped via UPS Ground for free in the Continental USA. Works 24" or larger on any side are custom-cated and shipped with UPS Freight. Please contact us directly for a shipping quote if your work does not offer free shipping.

All Stationery and Print orders over $50.00 USD are mailed via UPS for free.

 

All artwork shipping is insured. "Signature Needed" services can be added to your shipping for an additional fee.

HOW LONG BEFORE A PURCHASED ITEM SHIPS?

Please allow 3-5 days for handling and packaging your items before shipment. 

Once shipped, we will supply you with tracking information so you can monitor the shipping process. 

 

HOW LONG BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ITEM?

Via UPS Ground: 3-6 business days.
Via UPS Freight: 8-15 business days.

 

Please note that internal carrier delays might affect the delivery date of your shipment.

CAN I CHANGE THE FRAME BEFORE IT IS SHIPPED?
We can change frames before shipment/delivery for an additional fee. We can work with you to select the frame that best works for your intended space. Please note that this will cause a delay in shipment. Most frames are custom-made and must be attached to the artwork before shipment.

I DON'T WANT THE FRAME. CAN THE COST OF THE FRAME BE DEDUCTED FROM THE PRICE?
The frame's removal does not impact the work's price, as most frames are custom-made for the intended work it is paired with. 

 

DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY SERVICES?

Yes, we offer free delivery to collectors in the Midwest within a certain radius of my studio. Please contact us to see if you qualify for free delivery services.​

 

DO YOU OFFER INSTALLATION SERVICES?

Yes, we now offer installation services for collectors who are eligible for free delivery. Please contact us to learn about our pricing tables. 

 

AM I ABLE TO SEE A WORK IN PERSON BEFORE PURCHASING?

Yes, if you are a collector in the Midwest, you have a couple of opportunities to view Kerstin Glaess's works in person before you decide if a work is right for you. Or feel contact us to schedule a private in-person showing of select works at your home.

DO ARTWORKS COME WITH CERTIFICATES OF AUTHENTICITY?
All original artworks come with a certificate of authenticity. Stationery does not come with certificates of authenticity.
