My mother is from Los Angeles, California, and lived there until her late 20s. Pointe Vicente Lighthouse in Rancho Palos Verdes was near where she grew up along the SoCal coast. Every time we visited my grandparents in California, we would spend time along the trails and in the parks, exploring the natural landscape and enjoying the outdoors, including Point Vicente, which was conveniently nearby. January 2025 was my most recent visit back, and I loved every second with family and the gorgeous Cali coast.
